The spiral plate heat exchanger is a highly efficient and compact heat transfer device, designed for handling high-viscosity
fluids, fouling media, or fluids containing fibers and particles. Constructed with two metal plates rolled into a spiral shape,
it ensures a fully countercurrent flow pattern, maximizing heat exchange efficiency and minimizing temperature difference.
 
This equipment offers excellent resistance to fouling and blockage due to its smooth channel structure and self-cleaning
effect from the spiral flow path. It is widely used in industries such as chemical processing, petrochemical, pulp and paper,
pharmaceutical, and wastewater treatment.
 
Spiral heat exchangers are available in a range of materials including stainless steel, carbon steel, titanium, and nickel
alloys to suit different working conditions. They are suitable for heat transfer between liquid-liquid, liquid-gas, or gas-gas
media, even under harsh temperature and pressure environments.
